They mass hire in the spring/summer so there is a good chance to get a job even with no prior serving experience. After you apply online they will call you and then ask you to come in for an interview.

Entretien
First you tell the hosts you are their for an interview, where they lead you to the bar. You will be seated in the bar area as you wait for the manger. They will then inteate the interview either in the bar area or somewhere less busy.
