First round was an aptitude test followed by a technical interview and an HR interview. Both interviews were one on one face to face interviews.
The interviewers are usually calm and they try to make you feel comfortable rather than put pressure on us.

I applied online. The process took approximately 1 week . I interviewed at Grims Technologies (Hyderābād) in June 2014.
There was a panel interview in which skill questions were asked.

I applied through Naukri& got short-listed they send link to upload resume.I received a call from HR next day- HR raised some basic HR questions like tell me about your self,projects,etc. Then I got short-listed for further rounds of the interview at company.
Rounds:
1. Online Test(Logical type of questions & few technical questions)-25 questions 25 mins
2.Programming assessment(Easy level)- 2 questions(1 programming & 1 logical question)

Its was a one process , with immediate line up of rounds & offer letters issues.
