Interviewed over the phone, then in person. Had 3 total interviews before offer was made. Very thorough in the job description and duties expected. Management had a lot of enthusiasm about the company which was also reflected in their staff.

Phone screen, then in person interview. Small panel then a tour if they like you. If they don't like you, no tour! The questions for line staff are very basic, you shouldn't be surprised by any of them.
