J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grifols (Los Angeles, CA) en mai 2013
Entretien
Applied for role online. Was contacted within a couple of weeks of applying by an HR screener to schedule a phone conversation. We spoke for 30 minutes or so. Was asked filtering questions such as
- Are you willing to travel (at least once a month)
- Where do you live in proximity to our office (near CSULA)
- Whom did you report (title) to at your previous companies
- What was the size of your previous companies
- What size budgets did you manage/ analyze
- Whom did you present to
- What was your prior salary (screener refused to disclose their budgeted range)
- Why did you leave your prior roles
- Why did you have a gap here or there
There wasn't any behavioral questions or tell me about yourself questions or walk me through your resume questions or deep dives into my background. The screener seemed to just be checking for typical red flags that corporations are looking out for

Question 1
There was too much off an emphasis on salary history. Salary should be based on market not history so that was a red flag for me that this company may like to lowball offers
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grifols (Los Angeles, CA) en avr. 2012
Entretien
Met with a Senior HR Analyst, then I met with 2 managers in the group, all in 1 round. Basic straighforward interview, no behavioral questions in the Corporate Finance Department.

Question 1
None really, tell me why you would excel at this position was pretty much a batting practice lob.
