Entretien
Applied online. Two days later received an email from their corporate recruiting department asking when I would be available for a phone interview. Fairly easy interview asking simple questions and scenario based questions.
I was supposed to do phone interview first but they skipped it and invited me to on-site interview directly.
Some questions were situational/behavioral questions, I struggled to answer well due to my lack of my English ability.

Entretien
It was a phone interview. He walked me through the job and what it would be like, asked me a lot of questions about how I would handle certain situations etc.

Entretien
Came in and was given basic questions about teamwork and experiences with lab work. A major factor was showing enthusiasm and commitment to the job. The interview was with two managers and a tour of the facility was given after the interview.
