The interview started with meeting other mid-level production staff and walking around the plant. They asked questions as we approached staff and equipment like "what would you do if...", "what would you do to....". The next hour was spent taking tests on a computer in the main office surrounded by other administration staff. Finally at the end of the 4 hours I was introduced to the GM and spent some time discussing the changing plant and their operations. On my drive home from the interview I was called by the recruiter to say that they wanted to make me an offer. The offer came through the next day.
