Faced a round of technical interview. The interviewer did not have clarity about test automation process and was asking vague questions.
The interview might have been effective had a qualified person taken the interview rather than a person with basic manual testing background.
Need to review your interview strategy if you want to hire the right people. Dont let non technical people take technical interviews, you will never get clear assessments.
