It is just what you expect from a recent pass outs...the technical as well as HR people are freshers
Imagine a fresher conducting interview for manager position....sums it all
No real question about embedded skills (i can understand since they do not have it) but questions about team management, people management and jargons

Although looking for an embedded lead they want people to solve robotics problem which is based on school geometry or physics (if you can remember the formula)...better to contact people who only have matching background instead of wasting other people's time
