Two people giving conversation based interview questions and looking for being able to communicate more than the scary minutia of traditional interviews. Back and forth went really well, They took a lot of notes and were happy to answer questions I had at the end.

Met with sales manager, sales director, and VP sales in one meeting, all together. Panel style interview asking about previous experience in the industry and profession. Fairly simple and straightforward.
