It was very extensive. There was submitting the application, the phone interview, timed cognitive aptitude test (taken 2x: 1 online, 1 proctored), personality test, drug test, background screening, and then final interview. I suggest taking some practice cognitive assessments beforehand to brush up on test taking skills. The recruiter and interviewers were really pleasant and mainly asked questions regarding the specific role I was seeking in the internship program. I would also suggest reading into current trends of the job position advertised.

I attended the interview process during my college days. The process was well-structured and consisted of multiple rounds.
The first round was an aptitude/online assessment focusing on basic logical reasoning and problem-solving. This was followed by a technical round where questions were asked on SQL, basic Python concepts, and data analysis fundamentals. Some questions were also based on projects, so it’s important to be clear about what you have mentioned in your resume.
The final round was an HR discussion focusing on communication skills, willingness to learn, and understanding of the role.
Overall, the interviewers were friendly and the process was smooth. Candidates with a good understanding of basics and clear project knowledge should be able to perform well.
