However, I applied online for this position and after the interview I was told I was overqualified for the position I was applying for, and would be placed in a more suitable position within the company- Director of Pipeline. I never heard back from them until a month later- I received a phone call about having a new interview. They had no idea that I already had an interview for company. I've received more calls from them in regards to a job interview. Completely unorganized.
