My initial interview was based on my interest in their Operations Manager position. However, since their website only listed general departmental descriptions instead of specific openings, I simply booked an interview on their online calendar and decided to keep an open mind. Once I was at my appointment, the interviewer gave me an overview of the company's growth and specified their hiring needs. It was a very brief interview, and I had the distinct impression that if I hadn't asked the questions I did about the available positions, I may not have gotten that information until further on in the hiring process. I'm glad I did, because I learned that I would also be a good fit for their HR and Marketing departments. Overall my experience was pleasant, and the prospect of working at a growing green energy company is very exciting. Best of luck to all who apply!
