I genuinely don't understand this company. I went through 6 interviews with them the first time, where each of the interviewees barely even asked me questions and just talked about the company and the position the entire time, but kept telling me I was the top candidate. I then made it the CEO where he did a resume deep dive. I was rejected. The company then reengaged with me again after a few weeks passed by because they told me they are opening up more positions and I had one with the chairman(also a resume deep dive). After constant miscommunication and promises of hearing back about an offer, I was then rejected TWICE. There is a very clear and obvious line of miscommunication and lack of professionalism amongst the executives within this company. Extremely disappointing process.
