J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Greenshades Software (Jacksonville, FL) en avr. 2016

      Entretien

I have applied online for the position, the reply from HR was quite fast like within four hours. I was asked to take an online assessment. I thought the questions would be technical but researched enough before taking the test and found out that the online assessment was an IQ test which would last for 20 minutes. I took the test and answered most of the questions correctly (I think I have answered 95% of the questions correctly) but then I got an email after the test saying that other candidates qualifications more closely match the requirements than me even though I cleared the test. I felt very bad for the response received, why did they ask me to take the test If I am not even suitable for the position. I have listed out the questions below for your reference, though the test consisted of 38 questions which were to be answered in 20 minutes, I was only able to grab the below questions. On the bright side I think the test made me put my lazy brain into quick action. The test makes sense from their side because of the culture they follow at their workplace like casual dress code, Tees and Jeans but for a guy who is technically experienced and wants to do some Innovative stuff, the test kicks him out at the very first stage.
