There were two Skype interviews, the first had a three persons panel (comms director, project manager, HR manager), which took one hour. The second interview came with a bigger panel one week later, which was announced along with quite a long written assignment. The second panel was bigger and included more members from the communications team. Finally, I was asked for my working rights and for a reference.
