The interview process as a great experience for me. The process was exactly as explained to me in the initial call with the recruiter and also as laid out on the company website. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and forth coming with their experiences. Initially I thought the panel interview was a bit much, but I was able to appreciate it in the end. Not only did it give the GH team the opportunity to get to know me, but it also allowed me to throughly assess if GH is a good fit for me.

Overall process was lengthy but intentional. 4 rounds -recruiter screen to understand your experience and if the role aligns with what you’re looking for -hiring manager screen -take home test: create a presentation of an advanced feature in a product of choice -virtual on-site: 4 hour long with conversations with hiring manager, culture add portion with folks in different dept, cross functional interview, and case study They were always prompt and got back to you within a few days which is much appreciated. This is a great company with a great product- people seemed to really love working here. Still waiting to hear back whether I got an offer or not!
