Submitted application through a LinkedIn link. Was emailed by the recruiter about a week later asking for interview times. I had to email him back after a few days asking if he got my times. So that was a bad start. Should have been an indicator. I talked to the recruiter first. He was very kind and professional. Easy to talk to. Thought I'd be a great candidate. Next call was with the hiring manager. She was professional but not warm and friendly. She only scheduled 30 minutes which was not near enough time to get to know me or get more info about the job. I told her I needed more time. Her questions went nearly the whole time. For a company that builds recruitment software this was a very poor experience. I emailed the recruiter after my call with the manager. He never responded. I only got the automated denial email. Very dissapointing experience.
