      Entretien

      Completely backwards approach to an interview process that makes logical sense. Asked to submit "test assignment" post speaking with HR, and prior to speaking to anyone on the team. Upon submission of test, you have no opportunity to discuss your approach to their ask, and they make a decision blindly on content. Test is overly generic, and specifics are not denoted, leaving feedback very subjective.

      Overall it was a great experience! The application process was painless, and the recruiting team was incredibly helpful and transparent. They also asked for feedback throughout the process. Greenhouse truly practices what they preach!

      The interview process was very quick and efficient. The onsite interview went very smoothly even with a NYC snow storm in process. The process is extremely organized and provides a well rounded experience including a take home assignment, tour of the office, and a range of interviews

      Overall similar process to what has already been posted. Initial phone interview with recruiter, followed by phone interview with someone on the actual Customer Success team. The recruiters were very professional with scheduling and follow-up was very timely, with the exception of the call starting about 10 minutes late. Second phone interview thought overall the Q&A was all going well, though as 30 minutes is not very long for an interview especially for a Director level role, the interviewer very abruptly ended the call and left a very bad impression, as even if you are time bound it's only professional to state the time has ended and if there are any follow-ups needed can do so via email, etc. - or just simply bring the call to a natural end without jumping off abruptly. Especially as the company prides themselves on being one of the best places to work in NYC, and is in the business of recruiting, would have thought they'd be more professional and thoughtful. They also do not provide detailed information on why they do not want to continue the process, yet send out an anonymous survey requesting feedback on the process - and would be happy to do so if there is equal accountability and feedback on each side of the process. I rated the process as neutral as the experience was mixed.
