I applied in January for the account executive position and received an invitation to a 40-minute phone screening in mid-February. From there, I submitted four writing samples and came in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted for 2 hours and 45 minutes. This included an entire walk through my college experience and every job I've ever had as well as more than an hour computerized writing tests. However, salary, benefits and a timeline for hiring was never discussed.
