First interview was the HR interview confirming background, fit, and answering basic questions. Second interview was with a hiring manager. Very friendly and professional back and forth. Interviewer was happy to answer questions. Third interview was a "project" based interview where you give a presentation followed by Q&A. Final interview was with the leadership team. Job offer came very fast after the final interview.

The process was very transparent throughout. Everyone was open and communicative. It gave me a good feeling that they were also looking for the best fit and that helped my decision.
