It was nice and brief. I went through 3 very spread out interviews. But each one was no more than 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The interviews were insightful and helpful on who and what I would be working on and with whom.
Standard process, no surprises. I only interviewed with one person and found them to be pleasant. I do not believe I had enough experience for the position, which was understandable.
Very easy everyone was very friendly and I was able to earn a lot about the position. They asked me basic questions and the partner made me laugh. I got the offer and I worked at gt for a while

The interview process is painfully slow and then abruptly ends without explanation. Over the course of a month and a half, I met with eight staff members. The position I was interviewing for was non-managerial, so it was odd having to be interviewed by so many people. The key executive that the position was hiring for was not even one of the person’s I met with. I met with a lot of subordinates and various HR people that shouldn’t have been involved with the interview at all. I think it’s poor practice to have a candidate come to your office three times only to tell them that you won’t be pursuing their candidacy afterall. When there are too many people involved in the hiring process, it’s going to take longer to find the right candidate because too many opinions are involved. most companies know this, which is why the modern interview process only includes key people that the interviewee will directly report to.
