I applied online and received an invitation for an interview with the talent acquisition specialist.
I went through an interview with her and, unfortunately, never received any feedback afterward. This included no response even after I wrote an email to ask about the status of my application.
Not providing any answer after an interview, especially when a candidate takes the time to prepare and follow up, shows a lack of consideration for the candidate's time and effort. This was particularly disappointing for a company that publicly emphasizes valuing people and promoting open communication.
A simple update or rejection email would have gone a long way. I hope the company improves its candidate communication and follow-up practices in the future.
