Initial Screen by HR, modeling test, interview with Research team members, Superday with more team members (all were conducted virtually at the time).
It was time intensive but a great opportunity to meet with team members.
The process started with an HR phone screening focused on my background, interest in the role, and general fit. The recruiter was very professional and gave a clear overview of the position and company. The process seemed well-structured and efficient. Overall, it was a positive experience, but competitive

Skype interview meeting with 4 employees. They were very organized and listed out who I was going to meet with and for how long. Almost all of the questions were technical. Be prepared for that. Know your financial statements, stocks, etc.
