I was contacted to set up an interview on a Thursday afternoon for the following Monday morning. I met with a panel of interviewers for about 30 minutes.

Received a call 2 weeks after I applied for a panel interview. Interview is with the shift manager and director of the unit. Fairly quick interview, no more than 30 mins. They have a paper with a list of questions that they ask you. They prioritize customer service. Received a verbal offer 2 weeks later. Official offer is given after references are checked.
