The Interview process was very unclear. For an organization whose product is supporting organizations to create cultures that are "great places to work", it was very disappointing. During the first interview, I asked for the process to be outlined but they would only tell me the next step. As someone who has worked in workplace culture consulting for years, true transparency in the process is essential. I had two interviews. One with a talent acquisition leader and one with the hiring manager. Both took place within 24 hours of each other.
