Casual but professional and relatively prompt; they sent their friendliest junior editor to do interviews. As this was definitely the most enjoyable part of working here (I accepted my offer), I should have stopped while I was ahead, as the experience went downhill from there.

I was highly qualified for the position (otherwise I wouldn't have applied), but treated like I wasn't good enough to work there. The whole interview was a sham and its clear the owner with whom I interviewed has no idea what direction he wants to take the company. Avoid this place.
