Thanks for your feedback. We strive to make the interview process as straight forward and upfront as possible. We will share this concern with the talent team and hiring managers so we can improve our process of following up. In some instances, our hiring managers have multiple hats with running an academy, interacting with the community and interviewing candidates. As a result, we fall short of expectations in some areas. Still, we believe the mission is worthy of our continued commitment, and Great Hearts strives to support our students and faculty through effective leadership, professionalism and fidelity to our mission.
