I had an initial interveiw that was pretty basic and generic. I talked to the headmaster of the school and we got along well. I was then invited to do a 30 minute long demonstration of how I would teach. I was able to choose the topic and style of the teaching. After that I had a conversation with the Principal of the school and we cleared up some things that the headmaster wasn't sure about. After clearing that up I was offered the job.

It was easy and simple. I received an email regarding my application first. I then did a zoom interview and was invited to teach a demo class. The entire process was about a week or two.
