At my university, done in 2 rounds of about 20 minutes where you sit with 2 individuals from each round. Nothing crazy but definitely come in with as much research done on the company and what they do as its a complex industry

The hiring process went rather quickly. After they reviewed my résumé, I was called to interview the following week. The interviewing process consisted of two separate interviews back-to-back, each with two higher-ups. Everyone was very attentive and personable throughout. Typical interview questions, mostly about financial matters in business (as expected due to the nature of the company's work). The entire process took 1.5 hours. This included a brief test prior to the interviews, which was a breeze.
