J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grayce (Londres, Angleterre)

      Entretien

There was an initial phone call with just some competency and get to know you questions. Next stage was an hour long online interview which was on 3 stages. The first being a presentation where you first introduce yourself and your background, then talk about one successful tech company and one unsuccessful, then provide some information on Grayce and why you want the role and feel you would be a good fit. Second part of this interview you give a demonstration of something that you have worked on, talking about the process etc. Finally the interview questions which are some competency based, some asertaining to your knowledge of the industry, your knowledge of the company and also get to know you questions. So you can tell this is an arduous process, but for the right job you don't mind and the company sound amazing and come across so professionally. They messed me around abit and forgot about me one time, changed my time last minute and had technical issues another and had to wait a week between failed interview attempts on their part so that process took 4 weeks! I got the job though and I was extatic to be honest. The company comes across so well and as an autistic woman who's dealt with underemployment and the resulting poverty from this I thought I had finally got my break in life, all my hard work finally paying of in a legit role with a legitimate living wage! They stated that it may take a while to get to the 4th stage of client interviews, but that they would come with time and that there would be a line of contact with the company, with updates on how it's going with finding an interview. I told my family and friends, I reached out to a charity that helps to provide unemployed women with an office uniform. Now I truely feel like I got scammed. No contact for over 2 months with me emailing and calling. They are a glorified recruitment company and I feel like the biggest mug and my time is completely waisted. I couldn't be more upset to be frank .
