The manager already had someone else in mind but had to go through the motions. Unprofessional. The company seemed great especially after the manager talked about the benefits information. The interview was a waste of time for both parties and unnecessary. Seemed like he had to interview a female for fairness or numbers.

It started with a basic phone converstion/prescreen with HR department. They asked me basic behavioural questions, experience from both school and work questions, followed by an aptitude test. The also asked about availability, relocation, career goals and advancement opportunities. The also asked what interested me about Graybar and the project coordinator position.
