Sent a resume and within less than a week, the HR rep contacted me to schedule a phone interview. The interview consisted of the following: position details, organization details and she asked if I had questions. She advised me of next steps, but there was no further contact from me or her. I was not impressed after she told me how lean the organization was and that there was much work to be done by one person. She also advised me that they were working on creating a balanced work environment. But, at the time there was no work life balance in the organization. That was a huge factor for me.
