Their interview process has three stages. First, you’ll have a telephonic interview with HR to discuss your background, career goals, and fit for the role. If shortlisted, you’ll move to a telephonic technical interview with our technical team to assess your core skills, problem-solving, and project experience. The final stage is a direct HR interview, either in-person or virtual, where we evaluate culture fit, communication, and long-term alignment before making an offer.
