I was sourced by a recruiter from LinkedIn. We had a 1:1 and I was asked to apply for the role. A week later the interview was scheduled, 2 30 min back-to-back on Teams. I was told then by the last manager that I would hear back within 2 business days. In the meantime another recruiter reached out and recalled an interview request for the same role. I had to reach out to the original recruiter the following week for an update, and then again the next week for an update to finally learn they went with another candidate.
