The process is pretty straightforward, and similar to other management consulting firms. There's usually an introductory call, then a technical interview, and potentially an interview with a partner if necessary. Questions about yourself, experience, any situational based questions - nothing out of the ordinary.

Application stage is includes a technical assessment specific to the role that was applied for and an interview with HR, followed by an interview with a manager in the service line.
Incredibly nice! Less technical and more focused on getting to know who you are as a person. Very amicable experience overall from both the partner and HR. As long as you do your research on the company you should be fine.
