Telephone interview, psych online test could be done at home pretty simple, then called again and spoke more then asked to come in for first interview internally with People and culture, manager,. Then called again kept you hanging on then called again and asked to come in for a second interview with partner, people and culture person and another manager went for an hour, the partner kept babbling on could have been alot shorter, People and culture person just let partner babble on after a while was quite repetitive
