J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Granicus (Washington, DC) en avr. 2018

I was reached out to and encouraged to apply via LinkedIn message and had a brief follow up a phone conversation to queue me up for a 15-minute, 50-question cognitive assessment followed by another an approximately 15-minute personality assessment that was untimed, both of which were easy enough.
I received an email 13 days after the initial test that things were on hold due to a business "reorg." I followed up with three emails over the next month with no response, and two months later (three full months after my initial screen and test) I received an email saying that they "no longer have a need in this particular area."
I had seen other Glassdoor reviews that were less than stellar and spoke to a level of disorganization in both their interview process and company culture. While I can't speak to the latter, I can say for sure that there is a distinct lack of professionalism in their recruitment process.

Spoke with Jacilyn on a 15 minute phone interview, followed by an online assessment. We discussed my career goals. I did not get past the online assessment and did not receive feedback when I asked.
