Phone screen. Caller set up appointment, process went fairly smoothly. I didn't get the impression that the interview actually knew much about the position. But they seemed to know what type of questions to ask to get employment history.

They moved along the process really quickly, which was nice. Within a week of applying, they got back to me, scheduling the first interview. The first interview was an hour long with some of the managers you may work with. I heard back the next day that I was invited to the second interview, which was a couple of days later. The second interview was 3 hours long, talking to 3 managers for an hour each. One hour was spent on a case study, assessing how you would handle a business situation. After the second interview, I waited two weeks before hearing back.
