I walked into a store environment, and there was no one I could approach to let the interviewer know I was in, except a very long line up at the front desk with customers. No reception into the office, no general help desk, and no free personnel to ask. I ended up waiting in line with the other customers, as a result and the interviewer had to come out to greet me. Felt a little awkward given my interviewer was asking me questions that most would not ask in regards to why I left the companies I worked for. The interview felt like he was just going through the paces and not really challenging me or asking questions relevant to the position.

Long. Had 4 rounds of interviews. Made it to the final interview and then was informed they went with another candidate. The first is with HR and is pretty easy. 2nd is with who would be your direct manager and that is tougher. 3rd is with other managers so that they can get multiple opinions on a candidate. 4th is with the VP of sales
