Very informal. Full job description was given. Interviewer ate lunch while interviewing me. We both sat on couches. Interviewer was 20 minutes late. Secretary wasn’t made aware that I had an interview and didn’t know who to contact.

The interview process was easygoing and flexible. The Principal and Assistant Principal were my interviewers. I felt very comfortable and due to previous preparation, I feel that I did very well. The interviewers provided honest feedback and were completely honest about the scope of my duties.
