I applied online, had an email exchange with an HR person. Then I had a phone interview with both the HR person and a senior developer, sort of technical. Then I came in and had a quiz (a bunch of theoretical and mostly irrelevant questions) and an interview with the whole group together. After that - 1:1 with the manager and COO. The whole process lasted for 3.5 hours and was pretty grilling. They invited me for a second interview with the Systems Architect and Marketing guy. That one lasted about 30 minutes.
