Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn regarding position. Their approach was asking if I was interested in a position for stated salary. I replied multiple times to get more information (industry, location, job duties, etc) to determine if I was a fit and to confirm the job description that was posted on their website was the correct one. I also mentioned that if it was the same position that I thought it was, then I did not meet all of the listed qualifications. I was then ghosted by the recruiter for a couple of weeks until I they contacted me that I didn't qualify.
