Applied online and received an email from recruiter coordinator for technical round over Skype. The interviewer was super rude, didn't bother to introduce himself and straight away asked to access a remote host via ssh. The interviewer asked to set-up a reverse proxy and said to take help with the internet. I had few follow-up question during this and he was not even listening to all. After setting up the reverse proxy with HAProxy and I asked to check at the application side where it is making a call. He didn't know further to check and ended up saying we were supposed to set up reverse proxy only. Overall: Bad experience with interviewer and recruiters. They think the are the best in the market and do not bother to respond to candidates. Interview process sucks completely because you can not judge a person with stereotyped solution. There can be out of box ideas which can do same in regards to achieving a solution. Also, you are competing for the best in the market so upgrade interview process and recruiters without having an attitude. At least have the courage to respond a candidate who wasted some time with you!
