Start of interview was role play, based on the assessment done before interview,m. Then a bunch of scenario based questions but it seemed like the interviewers were looking for specific key words only. I don’t think they actually cared much to listen to my actual experience.

Very long winded process and extremely detailed, requiring a lot of preparation for just the interview stages alone. The interview was difficult and felt unfair at times, as questions were asked which were unrelated to the role (and, in any case, the role did not need any prior experience or knowledge).
