Entretien
Met with the Sr Trainer. He has been with the firm for a few years. I trusted him from the start and felt his passion. he went through the structure of training and the pay. he was detailed and made sure it made sense. he actually gave me the data he was showing me to take home. Very organized and nice to talk to. I did feel nervious but he made me feel like I could do anything.

Few questions but mostly he wanted me to talk. Lot of lead in questions. Checking my ability to hold a conversation. I told him where I was, what I am looking for and just kept the conversation going.
