Entretien
Many rounds of interviews but overall it was very organized and efficient. The last interview was a short conversation with an executive leader which I thought was a nice touch.

They asked about my experience and how I would contribute to the success of the company.
Started with a recruiter call, followed by a few rounds with different team members going over different topics/talking about my experiences, a hiring manager round, and SQL assessment. Overall, a smooth process.

Entretien
My experience included a recruiter screen, interview with the hiring manager, take home technical assignment and a longer interview that included 2 team leadership members and a cross-functional team member. During my experience with the Gopuff interview process, I felt supported and that my time was well respected. The recruiter I worked with consistently informed me on the process and expectations, provided feedback after each step and made sure the whole process ran expeditiously. The hiring team was smart, thoughtful and made decisions quickly. I had a great candidate experience.
