The process of interviewing and getting hired at Gopuff took about 5 months. The company continuously laid off the recruiters I was working with. This lead to periods where I wouldn't hear from the company for weeks at a time. The company onboarding was next to none and was expected to be done on my own time. Overall it was a pretty terrible recruiting and onboarding experience.
