I received an email a few weeks after applying for the role. The email was generic asking for a viable dates for an interview. I didn’t get a response and the dates passed. I received another email with the same text as the first so I responded with my availability again. This time a Google meet link was sent and I responded asking for more information about questions, who’d be on the panel, etc. I received no response. The interview date and time came, the person never showed up. I sent an email 10 minutes into the interview time stating I was on the call and asking if they were planning to attend. I never received a response. It’s been several days and still no response. I found this incredibly unprofessional.
