The interview process was very smooth and professional. Everyone I spoke too showed nothing but class, empathy and enthusiasm. One of the best interview processes I have every experienced. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Customer Service experience.
Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn with a brief description of the job and asked if I was open to scheduling a call to hear more. I confirmed and scheduled an appointment just for the recruiter to NOT call me. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

I thought it was really smooth, and very informative. I have learned quite a bit since day one when the recruiter called me. So not just the interview, but the company so far as a whole, has been amazing! I couldn't be more excited to work for Goosehead
