Il processo constituisce di 3 colloqui: Cognitive and Behaviour interview, Gogleeness and Leadership, and Role Related Knowledge. A idea è valutare il match del candidato con la cultura aziendale ed il ruolo proposto.

How ould you design an architecture to support a team of a factory to collect data for maintenance.
The interview process went quite smoothly with 4 interviews (one of them being a presentation). It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I passed the interviews and got a positive feedback, but the role was put on hold for months and then cancelled so overall I was disappointed. However, once you pass the interviews the feedback remains available for 12 months for similar roles at the same level, if one opens up in the same location.

Recruiter Screen followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions were simple. However, I got a feedback that I need to repeat RRK round only after 6months for similar roles.
